NEW MACHINE-READABLE PASSPORT (MRP) APPLICATION

• A Bangladeshi citizen who has an expired hand-written passport.
• A person who does not have hand-written passport but has other relevant documents to establish his/her Bangladesh nationality (subject to the verification by the competent authority in Bangladesh in some cases)
• A child whose parent has got valid Bangladesh passport
• Applicant has to fill up and submit the online application form DIP Form 1 using the website www.passport.gov.bd and must appear before the Consular officer of the Consulate with a signed copy of the submitted MRP form.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR MRP APPLICATION

• Printed copy of duly filled-in and signed Online MRP Application Form;
• Bangladeshi National ID Card or Bangladesh Birth Certificate with 17-digit Birth Registration no.;
• Existing Bangladesh passport along with photocopy (page 1-7), if any;
• 01 (one) recent Photograph;
• Valid student ID card along with a letter from school (for availing discount issue fee)
• Turkish residence permit, if any
