DEATH REGISTRATION

1. Bangladeshi expatriates are eligible to obtain death registration certificate for their family member(s) from Bangladesh Consulate General in Istanbul.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Please fill out the form online available at https://bdris.gov.bd/dr/application
2. Please take a printout of the duly filled-out online form.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR DEATH REGISTRATION

1. A printed signed copy of the online application
2. One (01) passport size recent photo
3. A Photocopy of applicant's/dead person's Bangladeshi passport
4. Death certificate produced by Hospital/Clinic in Turkey
