BIRTH REGISTRATION

1. Bangladeshi expatriates and their children are eligible to obtain birth registration certificate from Bangladesh Consulate General in Istanbul.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Please fill out the form online available at https://bdris.gov.bd/br/application
2. Please take a printout of the duly filled-out online form.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR BIRTH REGISTRATION

1. A printed signed copy of the online application
2. One (01) passport size recent photo
3. A Photocopy of parent’s/applicant's Bangladeshi passport
4. Birth certificate produced by Hospital/Clinic in Turkey
