1. No Visa Required (NVR) Stamp

NVR is a special kind of visa issued by the Government of Bangladesh to the Bangladesh origin foreign nationals and the children/spouse of Bangladesh nationals that allows them multiple entries into Bangladesh and unlimited duration of stay within the validity of the passport.

2. Documents required to be submitted for MRP reissue application:

A. For Bangladesh origin Turkish nationals

• Signed duly filled-in online submitted NVR application form
• One (01) recent passport size (45X35 mm) colour photograph with white background;
• Turkish Passport (with at least for six months validity);
• Valid/expired Bangladesh Passport or Bangladeshi Citizenship Certificate issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bangladesh and attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh or online verified 17-digit Birth Registration Certificate or previous Passport with NVR stamp (photocopy of the documents are also required to be submitted);

B. For spouse of Bangladesh national

• Signed duly filled-in online submitted NVR application form
• One (01) recent passport size (45X35 mm) colour photograph with white background;
• Turkish Passport (with at least for six months validity);
• A copy of marriage certificate attested by the competent authority of Turkey;
• A copy of spouse’s valid Bangladesh Passport/ Dual Nationality Certificate by competent authority of Bangladesh/ foreign passport with NVR stamp (as proof of spouse’s nationality);

C. For Children of Bangladesh origin

• Signed duly filled-in online submitted NVR application form
• One (01) recent passport size (45X35 mm) color photograph with white background;
• Turkish Passport (with at least for six months validity);
• A copy of birth certificate attested properly by the competent authority of Turkey;
• A copy of parent’s valid Bangladesh Passport/ Dual Nationality Certificate by competent authority of Bangladesh/ foreign passport with NVR stamp (as proof of parent’s nationality);

3. NVR applications are subjected to the verification by competent authority in Bangladesh
