1. Bangladeshi expatriates who already have collected birth registration certificate from Bangladesh Consulate General in Istanbul is eligible to apply for correction in their birth registration certificate

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Please fill out the form online available at https://bdris.gov.bd/br/correction
2. Please take a printout of the duly filled-out online form

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE CORRECTION

1. A printed signed copy of the online application
2. One (01) passport size recent photo
3. A Photocopy of applicant’s Bangladeshi passport
4. Birth certificate produced by Hospital/Clinic in Turkey
5. Supporting documents for corrections
